Crash Hotel Squamish

Travelling with my boyfriend for a lil adventure getaway and this was the perfect spot! We stayed in a King Room with the most beautiful view of The Chief. Bed was huge and comfy and room was clean with a fully stocked minibar and reasonably priced goodies. We stayed on the weekend and didn’t have a problem with the noise at all. You can smell the pizza from the place below and it is absolutely heavenly, so much so that we had to get a slice before we left. Definitely recommend! Awesome location right downtown everything is walking distance! We checked out the pub underneath and definitely would recommend that as well- has such a cool vibe. Plenty of nearby parking -even if there wasn’t everything downtown is so close that the furthest we had to walk to the hotel was five minutes. Staff were soooo friendly and helpful, always ensuring we had everything we need. Our check-in and check-out was so easy. I love the digital key idea makes the whole process a lot faster. Overall amazing experience and definitely will be back! Thank you for having us!

I don’t understand how this hotels reviews aren’t higher. This hotel is new age - niche - and a fantastic spot for a couple looking to get away in the mountains for costs WAY below what you’d pay in Whistler or anywhere else. If you have kids, probably not a hotel for you or if you want it absolutely quiet and relaxing - may not be for you either, however if you’re travelling with your partner - enjoy live music, playing pool, having some drinks and eating amazing pizza -THIS IS THE HOTEL FOR YOU. The staff….. I truly can’t thank them enough. We are here for our 10th wedding Anniversary and Julian and Chad went above and beyond… the experience so far has been incredible. Check in was easy - rooms are beautiful and unique - great location. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We will absolutely be back.

Crash Hotel was just what we were looking for in terms of accommodation. The website is very upfront about what this place is and what it is not. Location was right in the middle of Squamish so super easy to walk around. The bar downstairs is awesome and I love that the hotel is dog friendly. Don’t stay here if you’re planning to hang out in the hotel all day though. As the name suggests, this is a place to crash with the essentials (comfy bed, clean bathroom/shower). But beyond that, you aren’t getting luxury. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay with a great location, this is the spot for you!

I stay here quite regularly. Each room has a unique theme, and they are kept clean. I’ve never had an issue with cleanliness in any of the rooms I’ve been in, it being something I watch for as it’s my profession. They do give a warning on noise levels. The service, if ever needing it, is super quick and efficient. The location is amazing! Right in the middle of downtown, with everything within walking distance. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel and I feel compelled to share my experience. The owner was not just rude, but shockingly dismissive and unprofessional. Despite facing unforeseen circumstances due to bad weather, which prevented us from reaching the hotel, there was a complete lack of understanding and support from the owner's side. While company we booked with showed willingness to assist us, the owner outright denied any form of support - be it points, vouchers, rescheduling, or refund. This is a clear demonstration of poor customer service and a total disregard for guests' needs and circumstances. I strongly advise potential guests to consider this before choosing this hotel for their stay. I also see lot of people have commented about noise from bar, rude owner, the room was not clean with an unsanitary washroom and a persistent unpleasant odour. I recommend you never ever visit this place. glad I did not visited….

I was a bit nervous to book this hotel because of some of the reviews about the noise, but it was less than half the price of the next cheapest hotel so we took a chance. I was pleasantly surprised! We called and confirmed we were in the quiet part of the hotel, and had no issues with noise at all. Room was clean, check in was easy, and had all the basic amenities we needed. We had a very comfortable stay for the price. It’s not fancy but it’s great if you just need the basics. We’ll definitely stay again.
